From planning events and tracking schedules to having to-do lists, a calendar template in excel is definitely a must-have organization tool and Excel has made it easier and more convenient to insert and print from its numerous calendar templates.
There are many calendar templates available for you to use in Excel and I will share how you can add a template to your excel worksheet.
To add a calendar template,
#1. Go to File menu and click on New option
#2. Go to the search bar and type ‘Calendar’ in the search box, then click on the search icon. Alternatively, you can just select ‘Calendars’ from the list of suggested searches.
#3. Select any template of your choice.
There are various templates that meet different needs. You will also see a preview of the selected template.
#4. Click on the Create icon to download the template.
The calendar template will be uploaded to a new worksheet.
This particular template calendar comes with a dropdown arrow at the top, with a list of all the months. If you select a month, the dates will change.
Once you select any date cell inside the calendar, the formula applied to it will be displayed. Although, the formula can be changed or modified, it is highly recommended that you do not do so as this will alter the template.
